La actriz estadounidense Kate Hudson presentó una querella en el Reino Unido contra cinco publicaciones por la difusión de unas fotografías en las que, según la estrella, parece sufrir un trastorno alimenticio.Hudson, hija de la actriz Goldie Hawn, dio instrucciones a la firma de abogados británica Schillings, para que emprenda acciones judiciales contra "The Daily Mail", "National Enquirer", "Heat", "Closer" y "Star Magazine", informaron fuentes del bufete.
Las imágenes, difundidas en septiembre y octubre pasados, fueron "utilizadas para ilustrar unos artículos en los que se sugería que la actriz tenía un desorden alimenticio de tal gravedad que estaba prácticamente consumiéndose, para preocupación de su familia y de quiénes estuvieran interesados en seleccionarla para películas o anuncios publicitarios".
La actriz considera que las fotografías daban una impresión "falsa" y "engañosa" sobre su verdadero estado físico, añadió el bufete, que insistió en que el peso de Hudson se debe a su constitución natural, tanto en el momento en que fueron tomadas las fotografías como en la actualidad.
